Position : Executive Warehouse Operations
Location : Mumbai
Department : Supply Chain Warehouse Operations
Shift Flexibility : Rotational shifts, including night shifts
Education Qualification : Graduate (any stream)

Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic Warehouse Operations Executive with strong dispatch experience
and an overall understanding of warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for managing outbound operations, ensuring timely dispatches, inventory accuracy, and
smooth coordination with last-mile teams. This role also requires effective supervision of
champs (blue-collar workforce) to maintain process efficiency and discipline on the shop
floor.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and oversee daily dispatch operations from the warehouse.
Coordinate with internal logistics and last-mile teams to ensure timely and accurate
delivery of customer orders.
Supervise blue-collar workforce (champs) to ensure adherence to process, discipline,
and productivity.
Monitor and update dispatch documentation, inventory records, and order status in the
system.
Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and loading of items for dispatch.
Assist in physical stock verification and reconciliation with system records.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance protocols within the warehouse.
Escalate issues in real-time and ensure quick resolution to minimize disruptions.
Support other warehouse activities (inward, QC, inventory) as and when required.

Requirements :

Graduate with 13 years of experience in warehouse or dispatch operations.
Willingness to work in night/rotational shifts.
Basic understanding of warehouse management systems or inventory software is
preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and team coordination ability.
